Xanadu in Annapolis

Last weekend, Xanadu, a striking Horizon 86, visited Annapolis. She was northbound for the upcoming Newport Boat Show and Rick Casali of Gilman Yachts, the local Horizon dealer, organized a pair of well-attended open houses aboard the boat.

 
Xanadu was built in Taiwan last year and her North Carolina-based owners took delivery at the 2007 Miami Boat Show. She features four guest cabins each with en suite heads and runs with three full-time crew. The boat is strikingly decorated and features extensive use of fine wood, marble, and granite. A professional decorator worked closely with the owners and the vibe above and below decks is bright and friendly, calling to mind her home waters of the Coastal Carolinas.
